For blur, compare pixel dimensions with final size; for clipping, inspect template and auto-fit behavior; for halos or blocks, return to the master and use a less destructive export.

For blur, calculate effective density after crop and inspect auto-scaling. For clipping, compare placement to the template. For a white rectangle, inspect whether the background is opaque and how the RIP builds any underbase. Change one variable at a time and retain test evidence.

When the printed image is cropped, check four stages in order: source crop, exported JPEG dimensions, placement in the production template, and physical finishing. A correct JPEG can be clipped by a trim operation; a correct template can be fed the wrong JPEG version. Work backward from the defect while preserving the original and proof evidence.
