Preflight: source retained; approved product and crop; pixels sufficient for intended size; profile checked; no unintended opaque background; JPEG inspected after export; maker acceptance confirmed.
Use the checklist twice: once before creator delivery and once at maker intake. The two roles inspect different risks.
