Repeatability
Keep the approved file, preset, material identity, software version, and proof conditions so a later job can reproduce the result.
A repeat order should use the same approved derivative only when product, material, machine, and settings remain applicable. If any of these changed, re-evaluate rather than assuming the prior success transfers unchanged.
For repeat orders, capture the complete chain that produced the accepted result: approved source revision, exported JPEG, product template, software version, profile decision, machine, preset, blank or material SKU, and proof. A note saying 'use the same JPEG' is insufficient if stock or equipment changed. Recheck each dependency before assuming the same result will recur.
