Supplier guide · Updated Oct 18, 2026
Before you start
- A signed-in account and a United States-based supplier business.
- Legal/public business names, contact, address, supply categories, fulfillment model, and at least one ship-from location.
- At least one business verification document of a type accepted by the form.
What you will be able to do
- Complete all ten supplier application sections.
- Provide the right documents without publishing them publicly.
- Distinguish saved, submitted, and verified outcomes.
Current supplier sections are Overview, Business, Contact, Address, Categories, Fulfillment, Locations, Verification, Agreements, and Review. A Supplier signup intent does not skip this process.
Step by step
Step 1: Open Supplier application
Use Settings → Roles → Supply materials → Start application, or the direct dashboard link. Read Overview and collect the requested business and document information first.
Open this screen →Check: The application belongs to your account.
Step 2: Enter Business names
Provide the legal business name and public supplier name. Use the legal identity relevant to the verification documents and the public name customers should recognize.
Check: The legal and public names are accurate rather than interchangeable placeholders.
Step 3: Complete Contact and Address
Enter the required contact first name, last name, email, and any other requested contact fields. Complete the United States business address, city, state, and ZIP Code. This operational record is separate from your public profile.
Check: The required business and contact fields are complete.
Step 4: Select Categories
Select at least one supply category you actually offer. Categories can cover production materials, blanks, packaging, tools, and other supported inputs; they are not an invitation to list unrelated finished goodies.
Check: The categories match your intended inventory.
Step 5: Explain Fulfillment
Choose nationwide shipping, local pickup, or the supported combination. Select a typical processing time and inventory model. If you ship nationwide, answer whether shipped orders include tracking.
Check: At least one fulfillment option, processing time, inventory model, and required tracking answer are present.
Step 6: Add Locations
Add at least one ship-from location. Complete each location's country, region/state, city, and postal code. Distinguish a ship-from location from a public marketing location; do not add a warehouse that cannot fulfill these orders.
Check: Every saved ship-from entry is complete and usable.
Step 7: Upload Verification documents
Upload at least one accepted business verification document. The current form permits no more than four documents and one document for each document type. Follow its accepted file formats and size feedback. Use the application upload control, not a public profile link.
Check: The required document is attached to the private application and can be reviewed.
Step 8: Read the Agreements
Read every supplier agreement and respond yourself. Confirm only obligations your business can meet, including the operational standards described by the actual agreement.
Check: All required agreement choices are complete and intentional.
Step 9: Review and submit
Inspect the application in Review. Wait for its Saved result, correct every validation message, and choose Submit application. Saving a draft is not a request for verification until submission succeeds.
Check: The page reports Supplier application submitted and a recorded submission status.
Step 10: Return for the verification outcome
While Submitted, wait for the review result on the same page. If corrections are requested, use its update/resubmission action and follow the reviewer note. Once verified, configure Operations and then prepare supply drafts; each supply still has its own listing review.
Check: Your inventory access corresponds to the recorded verified outcome.
