Before you start
- A verified supplier application and enabled Supplier access.
- Product specifications, correct units, purchase price, stock/lead-time information, and clear images.
What you will be able to do
- Describe one selling unit without ambiguity.
- Complete each supply editor section.
- Submit a draft for staff listing review and track its outcome.
Supplier access and supply-listing approval are separate. A verified supplier starts drafts, while each supply is submitted for listing review before publication.
Step by step
Step 1: Open My supplies and create a draft
Open My supplies and choose the create/add-supply action. The new-supply page creates a private draft and opens its editor. If the site returns you to the application, complete the Supplier approval requirement first.
Open this screen →Check: The Supply details editor is open for the intended item.
Step 2: Write Supply details
Enter the Supply name and Description. Explain the material or tool, intended uses, compatibility, included contents, and limitations. Sell a production supply rather than using this workflow to post a finished creator goodie.
Check: A maker can tell what the supply is without guessing from a brand name alone.
Step 3: Choose Category and type
Select the supply category and its matching type/subtype. Use the current catalog choices, including tools, packaging, blanks, and materials where appropriate. Recheck the subtype if you change the parent category.
Check: The type belongs to the selected category.
Step 4: Define Specifications and the selling unit
Choose Sold as and Quantity included. Add brand and manufacturer SKU when known. Enter net contents, dimensions, material/composition, color/finish, weight, origin, and safety certifications only when accurate. Pair every entered measurement with its unit.
Check: One unit sold, the number of pieces inside it, and physical measurements are distinct. For example, one case containing 36 mugs is not 36 cases.
Step 5: Set Inventory & pricing
Enter the purchase price for the complete selling unit. Set the minimum order quantity, available quantity, and lead time as appropriate. Count stock using the same selling unit as the price and MOQ. A minimum of four spools means the buyer must order at least four sold spools, not four grams.
Check: Price, stock, MOQ, and lead time describe the same unit and current supply conditions.
Step 6: Upload Images
Add clear product images and choose the correct hero image. Show packaging or quantity context when it helps customers understand the selling unit. Do not use an image of a different size, material, finish, or included quantity without explanation.
Check: The hero and additional images support the written specifications.
Step 7: Inspect Review and the live preview
Review every section and the supply preview. Confirm the unit, included quantity, measurements, price, minimum order, stock, lead time, and imagery. Wait for the save result and resolve all missing-field messages.
Check: The preview describes the supply a buyer will actually receive.
Step 8: Submit for review
Choose the supply submission control in Review. The current workflow saves the draft, checks required fields, and sets Pending review. It does not immediately publish the item. Return to My supplies to inspect its status and any feedback.
Check: The item reports Supply under review or the recorded review status.
Step 9: Follow the recorded outcome
An approved item reports Supply published. If a correction or rejection is shown, use the edit/resubmission action offered for that state. Keep supplier operations and inventory current rather than assuming approval freezes availability or guarantees sales.
Open this screen →Check: Only an actually published item is treated as live inventory.
